"I think Palos Verdes is one of the last great places to live in Southern California", said Bruce. "I've enjoyed living here since 1952 and I've been able to watch it grow. It's like no other area in Southern California."

With wife Roxanne, Bruce accomplishes incredible feats. More importantly, he secures for his clients the best deal possible. Last year alone he sold 75 homes, placing him in the upper echelon for sales and listings, which he has consistently achieved for the past ten years.

Other recognitions that Bruce has received include membership in the 100% Club, the Platinum Club, the top 100 for all the RE/MAX agents in California and the RE/MAX hall of fame. However, clients come first and Bruce will go to any length to provide his clients with a clear-cut perspective of their available options in the real estate market. "I feel that I have the experience and the ability to show buyers and sellers how to get the most for their money" said Bruce.

Bruce is also a licensed pilot with his own aircraft. From time to time, he has been known to take clients out in the plane to give them a broad view, literally speaking, of the Peninsula.

As the owner of over 30 properties in the South Bay, Bruce has personal experience with what is involved in a real estate transaction, particularly from the buyer's standpoint. Building houses in the 80's has given him a working knowledge of the construction industry that allows him to help his clients find suitable contractors and architects should they want to remodel or add to the home they purchased.

Besides personal experience and contacts Bruce's success is also attributed to the high moral standards he feels he owes to his clients as well as himself. With honesty, integrity and an up-front attitude Bruce initiates and provides consistent communication throughout the transaction-he keeps his clients abreast of what is happening with their particular situation as well as information that might be helpful to them on a wider perspective.
